We are constantly improving our machinery and skills to ensure the highest quality of products.

LASER CUTTING

Precise cutting of metals with a thickness of up to 30mm is carried out using a modern 6KW Fiber laser cutter with table dimensions of 3000 × 1500.

MECHANICAL PUNCHUNG

Process realized on turret punching machine with a very extensive tooling base, enables cutting and stamping of even the most complex shapes. High precision and many configuration options.

BENDING

Realized on 10 press brakes with a table length from 2 to 4.5 m and maximum load of up to 230t. Thanks to numerical control, dedicated bending simulation system allowing proper selection of tools and preparation of unfolds using machine parameters, even the most complex shapes are made in a precise and repeatable manner.

MACHINING

Complementary process realized on universal and CNC machines, necessary to complete even the most complex parts fabrication

WELDING

Welding is our main fabrication process. We are proud that thanks to many years of experience of our welders, developed training system (in our factory there is a separated “school” section in which we educate welders) and welding supervision, welded structures in our company meet the highest technical and quality requirements.

MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY

Polmor is also competent in production of “screw & glue” structures. Riveting, bolted joints, rivet nuts clamping, gluing and sealing are processes thanks to which we produce complex structures of electrical equipment housings, frames and consoles and many other items of equipment. Everything is done with the utmost care, in accordance with Customer requirements, with full process supervision.

BONDING

Non Structural A3 class bonding in accordance with DIN6701 standard.

SURFACE TREATMENT AND POWDER AND WET COATING

The guarantee of corrosion resistance is the proper preparation of the substrate for paint coatings. Our process consist of both – chemical – washing and degreasing, and mechanical. Our equipment ensures safe processing of the components made of ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

We coat our products with multi-layer wet paint systems. These processes are closely supervised. We also have our own laboratory where we test the quality of the coatings in terms of functionality (e.g. adhesion, thickness, corrosion resistance), and aesthetics (e.g. gloss, shade). We work only with the best paint suppliers and we are competent in the selection of painting systems based on customer requirements. We also have an automatic powder coating line.

ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY

From single cables to harnesses and electromechanical components to complete systems. From printing of cable labels, through cable lugs crimping to integration and electrical tests. Everything under one roof.
