Bogdan Lubiński and Roger van Steensel, owners of Polmor Sp. z o.o.. Under our leadership, Polmor developed into a strategic supplier for Railway Rolling Stock OEM’s and their Tier 2 suppliers with two manufacturing locations, one in Poland and one in India.

 Polmor is able to meet the highest customer expectations thanks to many years of experience, well-organized factories, modern state-of-the-art equipment and highly skilled employees.

Currently, Polmor employs around 450 employees in Poland and around 300 employees in India. All employees have extensive knowledge, enabling the implementation and use of new technologies, materials and fabrication methods. Our aim is to satisfy our customers needs and focus on continuous improvement within our organization and in the relation with our customers. Polmor serves customers in most European countries as well as India, USA, Canada, Morrocco, and Australia.
